Description

What started as a way to joke about the disasters and inconveniences of 2020, has transcended vintage and norms. We can now joke about this wine, about how it relates to life and about how freakin good it is. We all know a Trash fire or two, whether it’s a co-worker, a friend or even that day, yourself.

Hand picked, hand sorted and 100% whole cluster co-ferment. For the first week I only did pump overs and after that mostly foot stomping to release more sugar and color. Pressed to neutral French oak and aged for 5months. Bottled early to keep this wine fresh and delicious. Very low SO2.
