The wine was fermented 100% whole cluster, between our concrete cube and the large barrel fermenter. The make up of wine comes from two separate blocks from the vineyard. Block 6 - Alban clone own rooted vines, trained in ‘en echalat’ (like you would see in Cote Rotie), supported by wooden stakes, rests at the top of the hill overlooking the valley below. The other component, Block 4, is planted lower on the hill in a traditional cordon.
This a super delicious wine with tons of spice and bright red fruit. 100% whole cluster carbonic fermentation in a sealed stainless steel tank. Aged in 100% neutral oak.
